Technological infrastructure.
We believe technology is just as important as customer service. We have therefore put in place a robust infrastructure which includes:
Reliable GPS trackers: Made in Europe, they are fully configurable and can have a 5,200mAh battery which allows them to operate for more than 72 hours, transmitting every minute. In case of network loss, they will store GPS positions, with a limit of 10,000 positions, and will transmit them when they return to the telephone network area.
Multi-operator SIM cards:They allow our GPS trackers to connect, at any time, to the most powerful operator in the area. They guarantee us a constant price throughout Europe, except Andorra.
Solid databases: We use MongoDb, a non-relational database, with a redundant structure of 3 servers in replicaset in order to have maximum security.
Automated monitoring: We have five servers, each specialized in one aspect of the system. All are supervised by a system that can activate a new server, if necessary, in a few minutes.
