Organizers
Rankings
Traky365 has the ability to automatically classify sporting events of various categories, whether in the automotive field, orienteering races, multi-adventure events or mountain biking. To achieve this, each participant is equipped with a GPS/GSM tracker, normally configured to record a position every 4 or 10 seconds, depending on the maximum speed at which the competitors can move. The system can validate the checkpoints (CPs) that participants must pass through, and apply penalties for speeding, deviation from the route or failure to comply with the established schedule. In addition, the organizer has the option of incorporating manual penalties for various reasons, such as not wearing a seat belt, throwing waste, or not having the lights on, among others.
How does the system work?
The GPS/GSM device assigned to the participant sends position and speed data to our servers at a frequency adapted to the specific event. Once the competitor crosses the finish line, the system detects his arrival and proceeds to classify him. This process usually takes less than a minute for a typical automotive event with a distance of approximately 400 km and a driving time of about 10 hours. The organizer is free to validate, correct or add penalties at his discretion.
Custom listings
After all participants have been classified, the organizer has the option to print the list or export the data from the system to present it with their own design and branding.
With Traky365, we offer a comprehensive solution for the management of sporting events, providing security and accuracy in the classification and monitoring of participants.
Classification by Stages
In the evaluation of each stage, we not only show the penalties applied and the points obtained, but also relevant data such as the total distance traveled and the time spent in that specific stage.
With this staging approach, we provide a more detailed and comprehensive view of each participant's performance. Thus, both organizers and competitors have access to an accurate evaluation that covers multiple aspects of the event, facilitating a deeper understanding of the competition.
Traky365 thus offers a robust and complete tool for the management of sporting events, providing key elements in the classification and monitoring of participants.
DETAIL OF A CLASSIFICATION.
Traky365 will present, for each participant, the details of the penalties and points achieved by them either in the "Follow the track" or "Waypoint hunt" mode.
We can see the Waypoints that the participant had to hunt, in blue on the map, the hunted ones in dark orange. We also see the penalties, in light orange, on the right and the speed graph below.
