How does it work?
The virtual chrono is compatible with the two types of trackers that we offer: GPS/GSM trackers and Spot Gen3 terminals. While the former provide a higher precision, the latter are especially useful for confirming the passage of participants, although with a precision in the passage time of 2:30 or 5 minutes, depending on how the Spot terminal is configured.

Setting:
To ensure high precision in passage times, we program our GPS/GSM trackers to record the location every 4 seconds. This means that the device saves latitude, longitude, altitude, speed and direction data every 4 seconds. If such high precision is not required, devices can be programmed to capture data at a lower frequency, such as 10 seconds, 30 seconds, one minute, or even more.
This virtual timing system integrates perfectly with the rest of Traky365's functionalities, offering a complete solution for the management and monitoring of sporting events.
