Safety first
Safety is a top priority when it comes to managing an event, and Traky365 is designed to keep participants protected at all times. We have GSM tracking devices and Spot3 satellite terminals to guarantee said security. GSM trackers provide an intermediate level of security, since their effectiveness is linked to the telephone coverage of the area. Although some companies promise to receive SOS alerts via a GPS/GSM tracker, this may not be feasible due to limitations in network coverage. On the other hand, our Spot3 satellite terminals are capable of emitting SOS signals even when there is no access to a telephone network, which guarantees a higher level of security.
Our terminals
Traky365 GPS/GSM tracking devices are highly configurable in terms of position recording frequency, which can vary from 4 times per second to once every several minutes. Typically, these trackers are programmed to emit data every 30 seconds or 1 minute and require a telephone network connection to function optimally. As for our satellite terminals, they can record and transmit a location every 2.5 minutes, although we commonly configure them to do so every 5 minutes. These devices do not depend on the telephone network for their operation. It is crucial to note that we can only guarantee the SOS function with our satellite terminals. There are companies that try to offer this critical function through their GPS/GSM devices, but this is risky, since constant telephone coverage cannot be assured, putting the safety of participants at risk.

Traky365 offers constant monitoring of everyone involved in the event, from participants to organization and rescue teams, whether in land, marine or desert environments. The system makes it possible to identify any unusual activity of a participant, such as deviation from the established route, prolonged stops or atypical speeds, which facilitates the coordination of a possible rescue intervention. Traky365 services are designed to reinforce the work of your support teams, volunteers and coordinators, thus contributing to the control and general security of the event.
Automatic alerts
During sporting events, risk to participants is always an important consideration. With Traky365, you will have the ability to monitor all participants continuously. As an organizer, you will receive a series of alerts designed to allow you to anticipate and manage potential security issues or cheating attempts. The automatic alerts we offer include: Off course: This notification is activated if a participant deviates from the established path. You can configure the distance at which this alert is issued. No Movement: This alert is generated if a participant stops for an extended period of time outside of a checkpoint. The time for this alert is configurable. Excessive speed: This alert is activated if a participant exceeds the speed limit established by the organizer for the event. This feature is especially useful in car events and can also be used to detect potential cheating in cycling or long-distance events, such as when a participant is towed by their support vehicle. These features allow for more effective and proactive control of event security and integrity.
